A pass at primary school should not be where a child’s story ends.
All Saints was founded in 2018 to respond to the challenges facing school-going youth in Central Busoga. Too many of them passed primary school and then could not afford to go on. Today All Saints is one connected work, walking with the same young person.
One walk
Walk with one young person
When you walk with All Saints, you walk with a young person from the classroom into a restored life, a healthier family and a livelihood.
Where the road stays open. Many learners pass their Primary Leaving Examinations and then cannot go on, because secondary school costs too much. Working with Central Busoga Diocese, the Chaplaincy opened All Saints Secondary School so these young people can have an affordable, quality education, and meet mentors who show them what their education can become.
“…Be Transformed…” Romans 12:2
Where hope, dignity and opportunity are rebuilt. The Centre treats root causes, not only symptoms. It is open to every young person, of any faith.

With churches, health centres, local governments and training partners, a person can rebuild a life and give back. We call this the Busoga Model of holistic restoration.
Mission For Community Health
Where the family is healthy enough to hold the child. If health at home is fragile, progress at school is fragile too. The mission equips churches and communities, with a strong focus on community development and health.
Youth counselling and health education already reach families through 29 Diocesan health centres. The message includes how to prevent chronic conditions through healthy diets and lifestyles. We are preparing blood pressure screening and referral with health workers and partners.
Our Health Centres
Where restored lives are held by a community. The Fund promotes group savings and friendly group loans, so churches can save, lend and stand together.

- Tell us what you fund. Write with your area of interest and your usual way of working.
- We send you the detail. A concept note, a budget and the list of sites.
- We agree a plan together. We shape the proposal with you and agree how progress will be shared.
Do you make grants to Anglican dioceses or faith-based development work? Our work is built on churches, health centres and local partners already in place in Busoga.

Safe
Keeping every child safe
Children and vulnerable adults should be able to grow, learn and worship without fear of harm. Our Safeguarding Policy, approved by the Board of Governors, applies to clergy, staff, volunteers and contractors, including at the school and the Mission Restoration Centre. It took effect on 7 May 2026 and is reviewed every year.
Safe conduct
Adults are not alone and unobserved with a child. Counselling happens where others can see. No private messaging with minors. Corporal punishment is prohibited.
Safe recruitment
A pastoral recommendation, a Certificate of Good Conduct, and safeguarding training when appointed and every year after.
Photos and stories
Written consent from a parent or guardian before a child’s photograph is taken or used.
Clear reporting
Concerns go to the Designated Safeguarding Officer within 24 hours, then to the Diocesan Safeguarding Committee. Suspected crimes go to the Uganda Police Child and Family Protection Unit. People who report in good faith are protected.
Designated Safeguarding Officer: Nelson Wandira, +256 775 212 223. The policy aligns with the Anglican Communion Charter for Safeguarding.
